Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager for a sponsor-dedicated program based in the US, with a remote-friendly arrangement.

The role focuses on developing, negotiating, and managing US site budgets and clinical trial agreements across multiple therapeutic areas, especially oncology. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to craft contracts that balance business needs with compliance and risk management, driving timelines and delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Oncology therapeutic area experience.
• Prior experience with pharma, CRO, or investigative sites.
• Strong project management skills and comfort leading crossfunctional efforts.
• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and siterelated milestones (e.g., SIV).

Responsibilities

• Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business and regulatory protections.
• Conduct due diligence checks (FMV, site justification) when initial offers are declined.
• Lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas, prioritizing timelines.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and clinical trial management systems and maintain trackers.
