Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to manage US site budgets and clinical trial agreements for sponsor-dedicated programs, with a remote-friendly setup based in the United States.

You will lead negotiations with top academic centers, develop budget language, and ensure compliance across oncology studies. The role requires at least 4+ years building budgets and contracts, strong project management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business goals with protections.
• Conduct due diligence checks (FMV, site justification) when offers are declined.
• Manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas (oncology preferred).
