Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager for a sponsor-dedicated program with remote, US-based work. You will develop, negotiate, and manage US site budgets and clinical trial agreements, collaborating with internal teams and major academic partners to balance business goals with risk controls.

Ideal candidates bring oncology experience, strong negotiation and project leadership, and a proven ability to deliver complex contracts on tight timelines while maintaining GCP

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site milestones.

Responsibilities

• Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business and protections.
• Manage multiple contracting projects across several therapeutic areas (oncology preferred).
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; ensure timely updates in trackers.
