You will develop, negotiate, and manage US site budgets and clinical trial agreements, collaborating with internal teams and major academic partners to deliver compliant, timely contracts for Pharma & Vaccine studies. The position emphasizes leadership, risk management, and clear communication, requiring strong Excel and CTMS skills and the ability to juggle multiple

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree

Aufgaben

• Build US site budgets and study-specific language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business objectives with protections.
• Conduct due diligence checks (FMV assessments; site justification reviews).
• Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas (oncology preferred).
