Syneos Health, a leading life sciences solutions organization, seeks a Senior Site Contracts Manager for a sponsor-dedicated program. This remote-US based role focuses on US site budgets, contract development, and risk management across multiple therapeutic areas, with emphasis on oncology.

You will negotiate with academic institutions, develop templates, and lead cross-functional contracts projects while ensuring regulatory and operational protections.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine clinical trials.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other stakeholders; draft and finalize CTAs.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas, especially oncology.
• Tools, Systems & Communication: Excel proficiency and maintain trackers/databases; clear written/verbal communication.
• Compliance, Collaboration & Improvement: Maintain knowledge of GCP, SOPs; train teammates; drive process improvements.
