Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Senior Site Contracts Manager for sponsor-dedicated trials, remotely based in the United States. You will develop budgets, negotiate with academic partners, and manage CTAs to support oncology studies while minimizing risk.

In this strategic role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely executions and compliance with GCP and sponsor SOPs. Strong project leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine clinical trials.
• Budgeting & Template Development: Develop and refine templates to support consistency, compliance, and strategic study needs.
