Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager, Site / Civil Engineering for our Tallahassee, FL area. The role may be based in Tallahassee, Orlando, or Jacksonville, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the office.

You will lead site development, municipal utilities, parks and trails, and federal facilities projects, while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and supporting business development and client interaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering design experience with an emphasis in land development / site development.

Responsibilities

• Execute project delivery and direct supervision over the output of professional and technical staff on projects.
• Lead, coordinate, and delegate proposal, contract, administration, and project management efforts.
• Collaborate with other internal disciplines and sub-consultants.
• Professional engineering design and project oversight including Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Infrequent travel for meetings and supporting teams in other offices.
• Supervise and mentor less experienced staff.
