Job summary

Stantec’s Tallahassee office is seeking a Project Manager, Site / Civil Engineering. Based in Tallahassee, Orlando, or Jacksonville, you will oversee site development, municipal utilities, parks and trails, and federal facilities.

You'll lead project delivery, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and mentor staff while engaging with clients and stakeholders. Hybrid work schedule applies with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with civil/site focus.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering design experience (land/site development).
• Experience in project management, marketing/business development, and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Execute project delivery and supervise output of staff on projects.
• Lead, coordinate, and delegate proposals, contracts, administration, and PM efforts.
• Collaborate with internal disciplines and sub-consultants.
• Professional engineering design and project oversight including QA/QC.
• Infrequent travel for meetings and supporting teams in other offices.
• Supervise and mentor less experienced staff.
