Stantec is seeking a Project Manager, Site / Civil Engineering to oversee site development, municipal utilities, parks, trails, and federal facilities. The role supports Tallahassee, Orlando, or Jacksonville, FL, with a hybrid schedule requiring three in-office days per week.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure design quality across multiple concurrent projects. Registration as a Professional Engineer is expected along with extensive site development

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and PE licensure.
• At least 10 years of progressive civil/site engineering design experience.

Responsabilidades

• Execute project delivery and direct supervision over professional/technical staff.
• Lead, coordinate, and delegate proposal, contract, administration, and project management efforts.
• Collaborate with internal disciplines and sub-consultants.
• Perform professional engineering design and project oversight including QA/QC.
• Occasional travel for meetings and supporting teams in other offices.
• Supervise and mentor less experienced staff.
