Woolpert, a leading global architecture, engineering, and geospatial firm, is seeking a licensed Site/Civil Project Manager in Pennsylvania. You will lead complex land development projects within our Energy & Water Utilities Group, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver design, permitting, and construction support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• P.E. license or equivalent licensure allowing for legal submission of plans in Pennsylvania.
• 10+ years of progressive design experience with land development projects including grading, SWM, and ESC.
• Demonstrated success managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
• Strong understanding of project controls, risk management, contract administration, forecasting, and resource planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead land development projects from proposal through closeout.
• Develop execution strategies, schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Oversee the design of commercial project sites including grading, SWM, and ESC; permits and approvals; regulatory closeout.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, GIS, survey, environmental, permitting, and construction.
• Monitor project performance and resolve issues related to scope, schedule, quality, staffing, and finances.
• Support construction administration including submittals, RFIs, and site inspections.
