Woolpert in Pennsylvania seeks a licensed Site/Civil Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex land development projects within the Energy & Water Utilities Group. You will guide proposal development, scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver designs that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent.
• PE license or equivalent licensure for PA permits.

Responsabilités

• Lead land development projects from proposal through closeout.
• Develop execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Oversee design of project sites including grading, SWM/ESC, and permitting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and monitor project performance.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and site inspections.
