Job summary

Woolpert, Inc. is seeking a licensed Site/Civil Project Manager to join our Energy & Water Utilities Group in Pennsylvania. You will lead the delivery of complex land development projects while serving as a key leader within multidisciplinary teams.

The Project Manager oversees proposal development, scope, schedule, budget, site grading, SWM/ESC design, permitting, and client satisfaction. Exceptional leadership and client communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent licensure/certification for PA.
10+ years of progressive design experience with land development projects.
Demonstrated success managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
Strong understanding of project controls, risk management, and contract administration.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead land development projects from proposal and planning through execution and closeout.
Develop project execution strategies, schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
Oversee the design of commercial project sites including grading, SWM and ESC design, permits, and regulatory closeout.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, GIS, survey, environmental, and construction support.
Monitor project performance and resolve issues related to scope, schedule, quality, staffing, and finance.
Assist with construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, and site inspections.
Ensure projects are delivered safely and in accordance with Woolpert's standards and client expectations.
