Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a licensed Site/Civil Project Manager to join our Energy & Water Utilities Group in Pennsylvania. You will lead complex land development projects, manage scope, schedule, budget, and regulatory approvals, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions for clients.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of design experience, a PE license, and a proven track record in project leadership, risk management, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent licensure/certification allowing for legal submission of required plans, permits, and approvals in Pennsylvania.
• 10+ years of progressive design experience with land development projects, including grading, SWM, and ESC design; local ordinance requirements; and state/federal permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from proposal and planning phases through execution and closeout.
• Develop project execution strategies, schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Oversee the design of commercial project sites, including grading and SWM/ESC plans and reports and permits.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, GIS, survey, environmental, permitting, and construction.
• Monitor project performance and address scope, schedule, quality, staffing, and financials.
• Assist with construction administration including submittals, RFIs, and site inspections.
• Ensure projects meet Woolpert's quality standards and client expectations.
