Woolpert is seeking a licensed Site/Civil Project Manager in Pennsylvania to lead complex land development projects within the Energy & Water Utilities Group. You’ll drive proposal development, team selection, scope and budget monitoring, and regulatory permitting while delivering high-quality, safe projects.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in land development, PE licensure, and strong leadership with demonstrated client relationship skills. Base pay reflects market rates.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in civil/environmental engineering and a PE license.
• 10+ years of progressive land development design experience with grading/SWM/ESC.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication, risk management, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Experience with energy or solar project delivery is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead land development projects from proposal through closeout.
• Develop execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee grading, SWM/ESC design, permits, and regulatory closeout.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, GIS, design, and permitting.
• Monitor performance; address scope, schedule, quality, and financials.
• Assist with construction administration and RFIs; ensure safety and quality.
