Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a licensed Site/Civil Project Manager to join our Energy & Water Utilities Group in Pennsylvania. You will lead the successful delivery of complex land development projects and serve as a key leader within multidisciplinary project teams.

You will manage proposals, schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction while collaborating with private-sector energy clients, municipalities, and review agencies to deliver innovative solutions that improve communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent licensure/certification for legal submission of plans and permits in Pennsylvania.
• 10+ years of progressive design experience with land development projects including grading, SWM, and ESC design; local ordinance requirements; and state/federal permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from proposal and planning through execution and closeout.
• Develop project execution strategies, schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Oversee the design of commercial project sites including grading, SWM and ESC design, and permits/approvals; regulatory closeout.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, GIS, survey, environmental, permitting, and construction support.
• Monitor project performance and resolve issues related to scope, schedule, quality, staffing, and finances.
• Assist with construction administration including submittal reviews, RFIs, and site inspections.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with Woolpert's quality standards and client expectations.
• Foster client relationships and lead project meetings; identify opportunities to expand services.
