Job summary

Woolpert, Inc. is seeking a licensed Site/Civil Project Manager to lead complex land development projects in Pennsylvania within our Energy & Water Utilities Group.

You will guide proposals, project planning, design oversight, and client engagement to deliver high-quality solutions. Ideal candidates bring a PE license, 10+ years of land development experience, and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and drive project success for private-sector energy clients and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; PE license in PA preferred.
10+ years of progressive design experience with land development projects.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead land development projects from proposal and planning through execution and closeout.
Develop project execution strategies, schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
Oversee design of commercial sites including grading, SWM/ESC design and permitting.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, GIS, surveying, environmental, permitting, and construction.
Monitor performance and proactively address scope, schedule, quality, staffing, and financials.
Assist with construction administration including submittals and RFIs.
Ensure safe, high-quality delivery in line with Woolpert standards.
