Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Senior Site Continuous Improvement Leader to drive a pipeline of business process improvements across the site. You will ensure RBS tools are understood, implemented, and delivering results while partnering with the Plant Manager and leadership team to align on SQDCG objectives.

You will coach teams, develop capability, and lead CI initiatives across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth to improve financial performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, math or technical field; Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years of experience with the Danaher Business System (DBS) or in mixed-model, low-volume/high-mix environments.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent expertise).
• Ability to implement and measure site CI performance, KPIs and savings.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the organization in achieving SQDCG and financial objectives through effective application of RBS tools and methodologies.
• Partner with leadership to understand objectives and implement plans for future needs.
• Assess processes, identify gaps, and uncover improvement opportunities with site leaders.
• Lead and implement process improvements across the value stream to drive SQDCG performance using Lean concepts.
• Coach, mentor, and train site and functional teams on continuous improvement methods.
