Job summary
Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence to deploy a high-performance operating system across two manufacturing sites (Simi Valley, CA and Chihuahua, MX). The role focuses on daily management, structured problem solving, and sustaining improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
You will coach leaders, build CI capabilities, and drive Kaizen-led transformation across both sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 7+ years of manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement leadership experience.
- Experience deploying Lean Manufacturing systems in complex environments; plant-wide transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead Daily Management System design, implementation, and sustainment across Simi Valley & CUU.
- Establish tiered accountability and visual management from floor to leadership.
- Develop KPIs for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, Productivity, and People.
- Coach leaders in root-cause analysis, 8D, 5 Why, and PDCA methodologies.
- Facilitate cross-functional Kaizen events to eliminate recurring issues.
- Lead Lean transformation initiatives and sustainable governance.
