Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Director for the Regal Business System in the AMC segment. You will accelerate operational excellence, deploy CI principles, and build leadership capability across sites to improve safety, quality and cost metrics.

You will translate strategy into RBS roadmaps, coach leaders, and ensure disciplined execution with plant teams and RBS talent. Expect extensive collaboration with executives and field personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in continuous improvement, manufacturing or operations.
• Experience leading Lean/RBS transformation across multiple sites.
• Ability to travel up to 75% regionally and internationally.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate AMC strategic objectives into clear RBS roadmaps and priorities.
• Lead deployment of the Regal Business System across facilities.
• Coach leaders on lean principles and daily management practices.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost improvements and growth.
• Communicate progress and risks to segment and division leadership.
