Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Director of RBS to lead deployment, maturity, and cultural adoption of the Regal Rexnord Business System across the Linear Motion Division. The role reports to the Division President and drives continuous improvement and policy deployment alignment with strategic priorities.

You will partner with LMD leadership and the AMC RBS team to build CI capability, coach leaders, and deliver year-over-year performance improvements across sites and functions, with travel as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Advanced degree preferred (MS Engineering, MBA).
• 8–10 years of relevant CI/Operations experience (global/multi-site preferred).
• Familiarity with Policy Deployment and its facilitation.
• Technical background in CI methodologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Champion Lean philosophy and deployment across all functions and sites.
• Connect process improvements to financial outcomes (Revenue, Cost, Margin).
• Lead CI roadmap development and align with site plans.
• Hire, develop, and coach CI leaders at multiple sites.
• Utilize structured problem-solving to diagnose and improve conditions.
• Lead annual X-Matrix creation and deployment planning.
