Job summary

Regal Rexnord in East Aurora, NY seeks a Senior Site Continuous Improvement Leader to drive a robust program across SQDCG using RBS tools. You will partner with the Plant Manager and leadership to prioritize improvements, coach teams on standard work, and advance the site’s maturity in applying DBS practices.

You will lead, mentor, and train teams, balance strategic goals with daily execution, and travel up to 25% to support multiple sites while ensuring financial performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, math or technical field.
• 7+ years of experience with DBS or in mixed-model, low-volume/high-mix production environments.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent).
• Ability to implement and measure site CI performance, KPIs and savings.
• Experience with various lean maturity models.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and draw sound conclusions.
• Hands-on approach on the plant floor and work directly with employees.
• Change management knowledge (Kotter's 8-Step Process, Prosci ADKAR).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support SQDCG and financial objectives through RBS tool implementation.
• Partner with leadership to align CI with site objectives and financial targets.
• Assess processes and identify gaps for improvement opportunities.
• Lead and implement lean improvements across the value stream.
• Manage the RBS review process for initiatives and roadmaps.
• Coach and train teams on CI methods and problem-solving.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
