Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Glendale, WI is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing facility. This role oversees plant operations, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth, with hands-on leadership of a cross‑functional team and accountability for SQDCG results under the Regal Rexnord Business System.

You will drive Lean/RBS, establish cadence, manage P&L, and develop a high‑performing leadership team while championing diversity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred).
• 8+ years of manufacturing or operations experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Senior plant-level leadership with full site accountability.
• Experience leading operational improvement and change initiatives.
• Industrial / metal products manufacturing experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full plant responsibility including operations, facilities, planning, purchasing, materials management, supply chain, and leadership of staff.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Production, CI, Quality, Supply Chain, EH&S, Finance, and HR.
• Establish performance expectations, operating rhythms, and accountability across the site.
• Build a high-performing leadership team with ownership and engagement.
• Create a learning environment focused on problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Partner with peers and central functions to deliver results.
• Drive safety culture and EH&S compliance.
• Lead Lean and RBS adoption and daily management systems.
• Establish cadence and ensure disciplined execution to reduce lead times and cost.
• Own and translate division priorities into site plans with clear KPIs.
• Develop talent and succession pipelines; champion diversity and inclusion.
