Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 8 years of experience
• Experience with MATLAB or Python
• Experience in at least two of the following: Systems engineering life cycle; Software development with C/C++ and/or Java; AI/ML; HPC
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required

Responsibilities

• Support/lead the design, development, and/or utilization of high-fidelity digital simulation software in advanced technical computing environments.
• Support/lead trade studies to assess system performance of weapons against threats in various kill chain scenarios.
• Contribute knowledge of performance engineering practices to evaluate a wide range of computational problems and suggested improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to develop analytic approaches that guide program decisions.
• Support/lead the development, validation and testing of model-based solutions powering real-time combat decision aids.
