Job summary

RTX seeks a Principal Simulation Analysis Engineer for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will lead development of high-fidelity missile simulations and analytic methods to support decision making for warfighters.

Requires a STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, with MATLAB/Python and at least two related disciplines. Must be able to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance (SECRET/TOP SECRET).

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Experience with MATLAB or Python and two of the listed disciplines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and/or utilize high-fidelity digital simulation software in advanced computing environments.
• Conduct trade studies to assess system performance across threats and kill chain scenarios.
• Contribute analytics approaches to guide program decisions and optimize performance.
• Develop, validate and test model-based solutions powering real-time decision aids.
