Job summary

Ramp is seeking a senior IC to lead and scale its System Integrator (SI) delivery program within the Channel team. You will enable a broad partner ecosystem, drive certification, and set up a scalable operating model to support Ramp-referred customers across ERP systems and geographies.

You will own technical and commercial aspects of SI delivery, from readiness and enablement to governance, with close collaboration across Channel Partner Managers, Solutions, Customer Success, Product, Finance,

Qualifications

Senior-level scaling experience in pilot-to-multi-partner delivery.
Experience in a partner-ecosystem tech business (ERP or finance SaaS).
Ownership of implementation quality and customer outcomes.
Technical fluency for integrations, data migration, ERP workflows.
Commercial judgement to design partner packages and payouts.
Ability to build 0-to-1 operating mechanisms and trusted senior relationships.

Responsibilities

Build and scale the SI operating model with segmentation, tiers, service packages, and quality standards.
Own partner readiness and technical enablement across Ramp configuration, ERP integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and change management.
Serve as the first-line technical strategist for SI partners, resolving standard questions and creating scalable playbooks.
Establish delivery quality with reviews, certifications, QBRs, customer feedback loops, and KPI reporting.
Design the commercial and capacity model with fixed fees, milestones, accelerators, and joint planning.
Lead expansion across products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies; set readiness gates for complex offerings.
