Job summary

Ramp is seeking a senior IC to build and scale its long-term System Integrator delivery program. You will enable a broad ecosystem of implementation partners, define scope and certification standards, and measure outcomes to drive high-quality customer implementations across ERP ecosystems and geographies.

You will work with Channel, Solutions, Customer Success, Product, Legal, and Finance to design the operating model, commercial terms, and capacity plan that scales responsibly.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience scaling an implementation, services, or partner-delivery motion.
• Experience in a partner-ecosystem-dependent technology business (ERP, procurement, or enterprise SaaS).
• Demonstrated ownership of implementation quality and customer outcomes.
• Technical conversations with integrations, data migration, and ERP workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the SI operating model, including partner segmentation, certification tiers, service packages, and quality standards.
• Own partner readiness and technical enablement across configurations, ERP integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and change management.
• Serve as the first-line technical strategist for SI partners, resolving questions and turning issues into scalable playbooks and training.
• Design the delivery-quality system with reviews, gates, customer feedback loops, and performance metrics.
• Lead expansion across new products and geographies, setting readiness gates for complex offerings.
