GN North America, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Services for a remote role supporting North America. You will own the roadmap for revenue-generating service offers across Jabra’s headset and video portfolios and shape new opportunities from concept to global launch.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, sales, channel, support, marketing and operations to drive adoption, renewals and revenue while ensuring a clear value proposition for customers and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in product management or offering management in B2B technology/services.
• Led offerings from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
• Understanding of recurring revenue models and service levels.
• Clear communication with customers, sales and channel partners.
• Ability to align engineering, sales, support and operations without direct authority.
