Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst and ServiceNow HRSD Senior Consultant to lead transformation engagements for clients, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and guiding teams to deliver high-impact HRSD programs.

You will mentor 3–5 resources, shape AI-enabled HRSD use cases, and travel to meet clients, translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow architectures and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (CS/IS/Engineering).
• Typically 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certifications.
• One of the listed ServiceNow HRSD certifications.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as workstream lead for ServiceNow HRSD projects from design through deployment.
• Mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources (including offshore).
• Provide guidance on best practices for HRSD process implementations and AI capabilities.
• Advise on responsible AI adoption in HRSD and governance considerations.
• Lead workshops and facilitate requirements sessions with stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic roadmaps with insights on people, processes, and tech.
