Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, ISM, engineering or similar.
• 2–4 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 1 of: HR Service Delivery implementation certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across design, config, testing and deployment for HRSD.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore.
• Advise on best practices for AI-enabled HRSD implementations.
