EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow Transformation teams, bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will gather requirements from stakeholders, collaborate with technical teams, and guide architecture delivery across HRSD initiatives.

You will work in a client-facing role, grow consulting and team leadership skills, and travel to meet client needs as required. EY offers a comprehensive rewards package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification required; or equivalent.
• One of the following certifications: HR Service Delivery, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Act as workstream lead across HRSD project delivery including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore members.
• Advise on responsible AI adoption in HRSD and governance.
