Qualifications

• 6+ years in ServiceNow design, implementation and administration.
• Experience leading technical teams or projects for 2+ years.
• Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, and additional core modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, task planning, code reviews, and QA for the team.
• Enforce development standards, scoping, and release management.
• Mentor on script performance, Flow Designer, and platform upgrades.
• Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging OOTB functionality across ITSM/ITOM/CSM.
• Design integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, and Mid Servers.
• Establish CMDB rules, data reconciliation, and discovery schedules.
• Translate requirements into user stories, diagrams, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with architects and IT Ops to prioritize backlog and sprints.
• Serve as escalation point for production incidents and bug remediation.
