The role provides hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, and delivery oversight for the ServiceNow platform, guiding roadmap execution and mentoring developers and admins. The position requires deep expertise in ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, and multiple modules, along with strong scripting, integration, and architecture

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow design, implementation and admin experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for a team of developers, sysadmins, and analysts.
• Enforce ServiceNow development standards, scoping and release management.
• Mentor on Script Performance, Flow Designer, and platform upgrades.
• Architect end-to-end solutions using OOTB functionality across ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, CSDM/CMDB, CSM, HRSD.
• Design integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Establish CMDB class hierarchy, data reconciliation, and Discovery schedules.
• Translate complex business requirements into user stories, diagrams, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, and IT Ops to prioritize backlog.
• Act as primary escalation point for production incidents and bugs.
