Job summary

Ethereum Technologies in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to configure and evolve the platform across ITSM, HRSD, S2P, and ITAM, delivering scalable, secure solutions aligned with district priorities.

The role requires ownership of a ServiceNow instance, strong workflow and catalog design skills, and the ability to work onsite. Candidates should have ITIL knowledge and 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a focus on best practices and upgrade readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow administration with instance ownership.
• Strong knowledge of forms, catalogs, workflows, UI policies, and ACLs.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent ITSM knowledge.
• On-site in Washington, DC for interview.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for the DCPS ServiceNow instance.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications: forms, lists, workflows/flows, notifications, and reporting.
• Support development across ITSM, HRSD, S2P, and other modules.
• Design and maintain Service Catalog items and end-to-end workflows using Flow Designer, approvals, task routing, and notifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into platform-aligned technical solutions.
• Ensure configurations follow ServiceNow best practices (configuration over customization) and maintain upgrade readiness.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, resolve defects, build REST/SOAP integrations, and maintain technical documentation.
