Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead SecOps and OT workflows on the ServiceNow platform. This role will define scalable architectures, perform hands‑on implementation, and mentor teams across client engagements.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development, with deep experience in either Security Operations or OT, and strong integration capabilities using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs. Travel up to 50% in the US is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least one specialty: ServiceNow Security Operations or OT.
• Ability to collaborate with security, IT operations, and industrial teams.
• Experience configuring CMDB items and relationships, data imports, and data quality.
• Experience designing integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, or related patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Security Operations and OT development workstreams end-to-end.
• Design and configure Security Operations and OT workflows and modules.
• Integrate scanners, SIEM and SOAR platforms, and other enterprise systems.
• Model OT devices, sites, equipment, and production-process context in CMDB/CSDM.
• Configure ServiceNow using JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, and dashboards.
• Mentor developers and stay current on platform capabilities.
