Job summary

OCTO is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM. You will collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into workflows and lifecycle processes.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills, and knowledge of architecture and scripting. Agile/Scrum experience and CAD/CIS certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• CAD or CIS certification highly desired
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development across listed modules
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and scripting
• Experience updating ServiceNow update sets and multi-instance deployments

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM
• Build workflows and process-driven items with product owners
• Document requirements, process flows, and business use cases
• Configure data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
• Develop forms, tables, business rules, UI Policies, and scripts
• Create notifications, UI Pages, and Script Includes
• Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and best practices
• Participate in governance and ensure near out-of-the-box deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements
• Lead development projects and guide the team to deliver
• Contribute to user manuals and training materials
