MSH is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the technical aspects of implementation across ITSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITOM and App Engine. You will engage Enterprise Architects, design architectural blueprints, and drive governance through TRBs and release management. Strong governance, security and stakeholder management are essential.

You will mentor colleagues, facilitate workshops, and ensure solutions meet business outcomes with OOB best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, IT, CS or Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant technical experience.
• 3+ years as a senior architect or technical lead.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical aspects of the ServiceNow implementation.
• Provide technical guidance during workshops and refine stories.
• Design and communicate a technical architecture blueprint.
• Translate requirements into architectural designs.
• Review designs for OOB best practices and security.
