West Monroe is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to help clients modernize Security Operations (SecOps) and Operational Technology (OT) workflows on the ServiceNow platform. This role will serve as a technical leader on complex engagements, defining scalable ServiceNow architectures and delivering solutions through hands-on implementation.

Candidates should bring deep implementation experience in either Security Operations or Operational Technology - experience across both is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep hands-on implementation experience in at least one specialty: ServiceNow Security Operations or ServiceNow OT.
• Working familiarity with adjacent Security Operations or OT domains and the ability to collaborate with security, IT ops, and industrial ops teams.
• Experience with CMDB configuration items and relationships, data imports, reconciliation, and data quality considerations.
• Experience designing integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, or related patterns.
• Strong ServiceNow development skills: JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, workspaces, reporting, dashboards.
• Experience leading technical workstreams or owning development deliverables through requirements, build, testing, migration, release, and documentation.
• Ability to travel 25-50% and to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Lead ServiceNow Security Operations and OT development workstreams from requirements to deployment and documentation.
• Design and configure Security Operations solutions such as Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability/OT workflows.
• Integrate scanners, SIEM and SOAR platforms using Service Graph Connectors and IntegrationHub.
• Model OT devices, sites, equipment, and process context for CMDB/CSDM-based prioritization and reporting.
• Configure ServiceNow with JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, and dashboards; ensure quality through reviews and testing.
