Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer - IRM/GRC to help clients modernize governance, risk, and compliance on the ServiceNow platform. You will lead technical workstreams and design, configure, and develop GRC/IRM solutions that strengthen risk oversight, control assurance, policy compliance, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with at least two ServiceNow IRM/GRC areas (e.g., Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management).
• Strong ServiceNow development skills including JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow IRM development workstreams from requirements through configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Design and configure Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, Third-party Risk Management within ServiceNow IRM.
• Translate risk methodologies and audit requirements into technical designs, workflows, and platform configurations.
• Configure IRM data structures and relationships; manage entities, risks, controls, and remediation activities.
• Build risk assessments, control attestations, policy exceptions, issue-management workflows, reports, and dashboards.
