Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will coach multi-disciplinary teams, drive end-to-end projects, and support business development with proposals and client relationships.

The role offers a hybrid work model across the US, with a focus on maturing security programs leveraging ServiceNow SecOps, incident response, vulnerability management, and related capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in a related field with relevant cybersecurity/consulting experience.
• Progress toward or holding CSA certification and SecOps/IRM experience is preferred.
• Experience leading security operations projects in a consulting environment is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment projects.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, onshore and offshore.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationships.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and other competencies to mature clients' security operations.
• Manage day-to-day project execution and client interactions.
