Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Manager to help design, architect, and implement SecOps solutions for clients across industries. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive end-to-end project delivery, and mentor staff both onshore and offshore while contributing to business development opportunities.

You will work within a global EY cybersecurity practice, collaborating across competencies to mature clients' security operations and cyber risk programs, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years implementing ServiceNow SecOps, or Master’s with 4 years.
• CSA certification and training in Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response preferred.
• Experience leading a team to implement SecOps with integrations (SIEM/SOAR/EDR).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end.
• Coach and grow onshore/offshore team members and manage risk and budget.
• Support business development, including proposals, pricing, and client relationships.
• Deliver client presentations and lead demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
