Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will oversee end-to-end projects, mentor team members, and drive business development across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will work with security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and configuration compliance capabilities, coordinating with client stakeholders and EY teams in a global, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps or IRM solutions; or 4 years with a Master's.
• CSA certification and Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response training preferred.
• Experience leading a team on ServiceNow Security Operations projects with integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps engagements for clients.
• Design, architect, and build SecOps solutions and integrations.
• Mentor and coach onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development and proposals, and present to clients.
