Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to design, implement, and lead SecOps initiatives for diverse clients. You will drive end-to-end projects, mentor teams, and align security operations with business goals across multiple sectors.

You’ll partner with Cybersecurity and other EY capabilities to mature client programs, delivering high-quality results and enabling effective risk management through modern SecOps tooling and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 4–5 years in ServiceNow SecOps/IRM.
• CSA certification and training in SecOps components.
• Experience leading ServiceNow SecOps implementations with integrations.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and incident management processes.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end.
• Manage client engagements and collaborate across EY competencies.
• Coach onshore/offshore team members and support business development.
• Demonstrate ServiceNow SecOps solutions and contribute to proposals.
