Optomi is seeking a Senior Tech Consultant (SecOps & AI) to join a leading technology firm. This fully remote role requires 7+ years of ServiceNow expertise and certifications to design workflows and lead technical solutions that drive customer success.

The ideal candidate will work on cutting-edge projects while applying their extensive ServiceNow knowledge and integrating innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications

7+ years of ServiceNow configuration/development experience.
Strong ability to influence and consult on SecOps and AI solutions.
Active certifications: CSA, CAD, 2x CIS.

Responsibilities

Apply ServiceNow knowledge and Security Operations/AIs expertise in engagements.
Design workflows based on ServiceNow SecOps and AI capabilities.
Lead technical aspects of project delivery.
Develop required integration components with multiple systems.
Contribute to leading practices and provide expertise.
