Job summary

Beyond20 is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant for our training and consulting practice. The role reports to the Chief Architect and offers significant autonomy within a fully remote position based in the US, with occasional travel <5%.

You will configure and deploy ServiceNow ITSM, tailor workflows, and build custom dashboards while collaborating with customers and the Beyond20 team. Strong communication, independent work ethic, and ITIL/Agile knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful ServiceNow platform implementation experience.
• Current ServiceNow CSA, and CIS-ITSM required.
• Current ServiceNow CIS certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with a minimum of supervision.
• Knowledge of ITIL Framework and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Four-year college degree or comparable experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to talk to C-level audiences.
• Familiarity with SaaS and Cloud technologies.
• Experience with web services.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead technical sessions with customers utilizing ServiceNow best practices, including demos and knowledge transfer.
• Conduct training for customers on the use of software tools.
• Collaborating with and mentoring Beyond20 peers and teammates.
• Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implementation of custom dashboards, reporting, and metrics.
