Job summary

Reindeer Tek in Virginia is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain mission software in a classified environment. You will develop platform solutions focusing on ServiceNow and Salesforce to implement workflows and business rules for government customers.

Responsibilities include creating workflows, analyzing business processes, and delivering robust cloud-based software in collaboration with government stakeholders and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with web development technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience developing on ServiceNow, Salesforce, or other low-code platforms.
• Ability to work onsite in Chantilly, VA or McLean, VA, five days per week.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with government customers and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop workflows, catalog items, and implement business rules.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional technical specs.
• Identify measures of system performance and actions to improve performance.
• Contribute to knowledge management with release notes and technical artifacts.
