Job summary

Intact Technology in Reston, VA is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to own the design, development, and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions for federal environments. You will lead technical teams, translate complex requirements into scalable capabilities, and ensure secure, compliant deployments.

You will mentor developers and collaborate with clients, architects, and government stakeholders to meet mission objectives while delivering high-quality, maintainable code.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
• Willing to obtain SCI access as required.
• On-site in secure SCIF five days/week in Northern Virginia/DMV.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Advanced expertise across ServiceNow ITSM suite (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, REST/SOAP, APIs.
• Experience leading complex ServiceNow development from design to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of complex ServiceNow solutions for federal customers.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and guide implementation decisions.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Ensure security, performance, and maintainability in classified environments.
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and mission leads.
• Own end-to-end development lifecycle from design to production.
