Qualifications

• 10 years of ServiceNow experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must meet DOD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification at minimum).
• Must possess ServiceNow Certifications.
• Demonstrated expertise as a senior ServiceNow engineer delivering similar scope projects.
• Understanding of all security related requirements in secure environments.
• Familiar with Agile Methodologies and ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories.
• Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
