Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting APIs.
• Strong experience building and managing complex REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery cycles.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using advanced scripting.
• Develop and enhance Service Portals using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
• Translate business concepts into robust technical designs and implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize performance.
• Architect and implement secure integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Maintain data integrity and mapping during integrations and ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in defining the long-term architectural roadmap for the platform.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.
• Mentor junior developers and administrators to foster high-quality delivery.
• Participate in Change Governance and deployment using Update Sets, CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs for deployment and maintenance.
