Job summary

Intact Technology in Reston, VA, seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer (TS Clearance) to own design, development and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions in secure federal environments. The role requires hands-on coding, leadership and close collaboration with clients, architects and government stakeholders.

You will translate requirements into scalable workflows, guide implementation decisions, ensure security and performance, and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
• Eligible to obtain SCI access as required for the role.
• Willing to work on-site in a secure SCIF in the Northern Virginia/DMV area.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, independently owning complex technical solutions.
• Advanced expertise across the ServiceNow ITSM suite (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and more).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development lifecycle for complex ServiceNow solutions from design to deployment.
• Design and develop scalable, secure ServiceNow capabilities for federal customers.
• Lead development of workflows, integrations, automations, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and mission leads to translate requirements into solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, usability, and maintainability.
