Vectrus, Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support a government customer on a ServiceNow-based platform in Herndon, VA.

The role focuses on developing, configuring, testing, and deploying ServiceNow modules while ensuring compliance and reliability across development to production environments. Qualifications

16+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
Minimum 5 years hands-on development of ServiceNow products.
Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HR, CSM, Asset, Change).
Proven coding in JavaScript and related technologies; CSA certification preferred.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

Support planning of system and deployment with adherence to software compliance.
Maintain and enhance the core ServiceNow platform for tenants.
Develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow updates per customer requirements.
Configure and roll out ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Collaborate with ServiceNow System Engineers and developers.
Identify deficiencies and propose solutions; ensure environment reliability.
